Just to demonstrate how sensitive Ballistic Coefficient calculations are to the test conditions we changed the Temperature from 59 to 75 °F and then calculated again.

This time the B.C. came out to 0.243 compared to 0.2494. You can assume that most published downrange velocities have been corrected to standard conditions unless otherwise noted, but if you collect such data from other sources, the results can only be accurate if you know the original test conditions.
